Most of us show much more respect and kindness to others than we do to ourselves, but we are made to be able to meet many of our own needs for love and respect by the way that we treat ourselves. When we understand this and make it a part of our lives, we find that we can know a completion in our own lives that enables us to love and accept others and have much better relationships than we knew were possible.
